Parcel Ninja Ltd is growing rapidly in the haulage and logistics sector -- and we want YOU to help us take it even further.

We're looking for a driven Lead Generator & Logistics Broker to join our team. You'll play a key role in growing our customer base, booking jobs, and acting as a bridge between shippers and carriers.

What You'll Do:
? Generate and follow up on high-quality leads
? Convert leads into loyal customers
? Book and manage freight/logistics jobs
? Act as a broker within the haulage industry
? Work remotely with flexibility, while staying connected with the team

What We're Looking For:
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Willingness to learn and grow with the business
- Ability to work independently from home
- Basic understanding of logistics (not essential but a plus!)
- A proactive mindset and great organisational skills

You'll also get the chance to meet the team in person every few weeks and enjoy the freedom of working from home with real impact, with the potential to move to a hybrid structure in the future
