We're partnering with a fast-growing, UK-based financial services firm looking for an experienced Lead Salesforce Developer to take full ownership of their Salesforce platform.

In this hands-on leadership role, you'll lead a small team of Salesforce professionals (Administrators, BA, and Developer) while driving the design, development, and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions that underpin core business operations.

This is a fully remote, high-impact role where you'll have the freedom to shape technical direction and influence the wider engineering culture.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored functionality. Manage and mentor a small Salesforce team (up to five people). Oversee integrations, data migrations, and release management. Ensure best practices across architecture, testing, and CI/CD processes. Drive platform innovation to support business growth.
Requirements

5+ years' Salesforce development experience, including project or team leadership. Strong knowledge of Apex, LWC, SOQL, APIs, and integration tools. Proven experience designing and managing complex Salesforce environments. Comfortable managing sandbox environments and deployment cycles. Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical teams.
