Lead Software Developer up to \xc2\xa380,000

(Tech Agnostic) - multiple opportunities

Hybrid, Manchester,

At SR2, we\'ve joined forces with a vibrant digital transformation tech consultancy that is on the lookout for multiple Software Developers to be a part of meaningful "tech for good" projects. What\'s exciting is that these roles are completely tech-agnostic, which means you can jump in regardless of your programming background. Plus, you\'ll have the chance to dive into new languages and expand your skills while working on a variety of projects.

The roles are hybrid and will require you to be on-site in Manchester at least once a week. They also involve direct interaction with clients, requiring you to feel at ease explaining technical ideas to individuals without a technical background.

Responsibilities

• Lead a diverse team of developers on various client projects.
• Collaborate with Architects and Delivery Managers.
• Design and deliver software solutions for client projects.
• Help shape your team\'s work, advising on architecture and design patterns to ensure software quality.
• Offer clients guidance and advice on development strategies.

What we\'re looking for:

• 5+ years of commercial software development experience.
• Knowledge of software engineering best practices such as design patterns, microservices, secure by design approaches, cloud security principles, etc)
• Knowledge of DevOps, cloud-native, database design, test automation, and agile workflows.
• Strong communication skills and work ethic.
