We are looking for a
Learner Success & Outcomes Coordinator
to provide dedicated support to learners throughout their academy journey: from enrolment through to employment outcomes. This is a vital role focused on learner guidance, career progression, and outcomes tracking.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct learner induction interviews and document individual learning goals
Monitor learner progress, attendance, and wellbeing throughout the programme
Provide tailored support and advice to help learners achieve employment, freelancing, or business goals
Coordinate mock interviews, CV development sessions, and post-course planning
Liaise with teaching staff to ensure early intervention where issues arise
Maintain accurate records using internal LMS systems and support ILR (Individual Learner Record) processes in line with government funding and audit requirements
Prepare and present regular outcome tracking reports for internal and external stakeholders
Person Specification
Essential
Experience in a student support, careers, or learner engagement role
Demonstrated ability to provide 1:1 guidance and outcome-based coaching
Highly organised with excellent record-keeping and interpersonal skills
Understanding of employability services, adult education, or skills programmes
Confidence working in a fast-paced, target-driven educational setting
Desirable
Familiarity with ILR/MIS systems or government-funded education programmes
Knowledge of creative industries or working with creatives/freelancers
Previous experience in FE, bootcamps, or community learning provision
