Job Description

We have an exciting vacancy to join our Learning and Development team, working remotely reporting to the Career Development & Digital Learning Specialist. We're looking for someone who is motivated and who has a keen interest in developing staff within Aspris to fulfil their potential, and in turn, ensuring that we can continue to provide excellent care to the young people within our homes, schools and colleges.

The Role:

You will be expected to provide coordinated and customer centred support to Aspris colleagues, ensuring organisation for our Continual Professional Development (CPD) & Apprenticeships Process. As well as providing support to the Careers & Apprenticeships Specialist with general CPD, Apprenticeship & Career Development queries.

What are we looking for?

Some experience supporting with managing qualifications/apprenticeship programmes is desirable. Keen eye for detail Broad understanding of IT software platforms Organisational skills Interpersonal skills Proactive with the Ability to use initiative. Natural Team Player
