We are now seeking a Learning Designer to join our growing team, supporting our learning strategy through the design and development of innovative, high-quality, and standardised learning solutions. The role will support a blended learning model, combining digital content with engaging instructor-led materials, tailored to both internal and external audiences across TTC Group and its subsidiary brands.


The focus of the role will be on designing scalable, competency-based learning content that supports behavioural change, compliance, and performance outcomes whilst aligning with brand, industry, and regulatory standards.


Key Responsibilities:




Work closely with the Learning Director and L&D team to translate strategy into high-impact learning content and programs. Design and develop blended learning solutions, including e-learning modules, virtual classroom resources, facilitator guides, assessments, and supporting materials. Collaborate with SMEs and operational leaders to ensure content accuracy, contextual relevance, and applicability to job roles and competencies. Ensure brand consistency and tone of voice is applied across all content and platforms. Lead the end-to-end design process for new courses, including needs analysis, scoping, design, prototyping, testing, and review cycles. Support the creation of learning pathways that guide development across different user groups and job functions. Support the development and continuous improvement of instructional design standards, templates, and toolkits for consistency across the L&D function. Apply UX/UI principles in digital content development to maximise learner engagement and retention. Engage with the wider business to ensure training supports commercial goals, compliance standards, and customer expectations. Contribute to the ratification process for training materials, ensuring content is reviewed and signed off by relevant stakeholders.

About You:




To succeed in this role, you will have:


Proven experience in instructional design for both digital and instructor-led learning in a corporate, compliance, or vocational training environment. Strong knowledge of adult learning theory, instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM), and digital learning tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Rise, LMS/LXP platforms). Ability to take complex or regulatory information and convert it into engaging, clear, and learner-friendly content. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple design projects to tight deadlines. Comfortable facilitating stakeholder workshops, focus groups, or design reviews with cross-functional teams. A creative mindset with a willingness to explore new tools, formats, and approaches to modern learning delivery. Familiarity with competency frameworks and their application in learning pathways or accreditation schemes is a plus.
