We are looking for a dynamic
Learning & Development Coordinator
to deliver and organise impactful training in our fast-paced food manufacturing environment. You will work across all departments to keep our teams skilled, safe, confident and driving compliance, performance and our values forward.

The Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging training sessions, from Inductions to Food Safety, Manual Handling, and Chemical Handling, ensuring compliance with legal, customer, and BRCGS standards.
Conduct skills gap analyses and deliver refresher training to maintain competence.
Maintain accurate training records and update the skills matrix for audit readiness.
Develop and review SOPs, ensuring they reflect best practice and are effectively embedded.
Coordinate internal and external training, liaising with accredited providers.
Measure training effectiveness through feedback, observations, and KPIs.
Analyse training data, identify trends, and support targeted action plans.
Champion our company values through all training activity.
The Skillset & Experience:
Essential
Experience delivering and coordinating training, ideally in manufacturing or operational settings.
Knowledge of GMP and food manufacturing compliance.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
Clear, confident communication and presentation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Desirable & Qualifications
Experience in the food production sector.
L&D or Training qualification (CIPD, Train the Trainer, or equivalent).
Experience supporting audit preparation and compliance reporting.
