About the role


Cheltenham Borough Council are looking for a forward-thinking and motivated individual to lead our approach to learning, development, and employee engagement.




This is a key role where you will help shape the future of our people, supporting them to develop, grow and contribute to a culture of inclusion and continuous improvement. Working closely with senior leaders and managers, you will not only ensure our people development strategies align with our corporate plan and ambitions but you will also play a pivotal role in shaping a workforce that is agile, resilient and ready to meet future challenges.
