is seeking a dynamic and experienced Learning & Development Manager to join our HR team. This role will be pivotal in leading the design, implementation, and management of learning initiatives and programs across the Fashion Group (FG) UK Division, ensuring alignment with global LVMH strategies and contributing to the development of a high-performance culture.

Job responsibilities
Manage the implementation and delivery of L&D initiatives across the FG UK Division, ensuring alignment with business objectives and global L&D strategies.
Oversee the development and delivery of comprehensive L&D projects, from initial research, to execution and evaluation.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure the successful design and delivery of L&D programs.
Drive the development and execution of L&D-related employee communications to promote engagement and participation.
Establish and manage the local L&D calendar in collaboration with the HR Director. Oversee the tracking of spend against the Training Budget and contribute to annual Budget plans and revisions.
Facilitate training sessions and develop Train-the-Trainer programs for the HR team and internal managers to build internal capabilities.
Continuously improve overall training processes by tracking attendance, gathering feedback, and implementing data-driven enhancements.
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of L&D initiatives and provide regular reports to senior management.
Oversee the onboarding process, including the delivery of FG Induction, Living LVMH, and LVMH Discovery programs.
Ensure correct invoice management across our L&D function for the different Maisons.

Profile

Proven experience (5+ years) within Learning & Development, with a strong track record of project management and implementation.
Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver engaging and effective training programs.
Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a solution-focused mindset.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with a collaborative approach to working with stakeholders at all levels.
Adaptability and the ability to tailor L&D solutions to meet the diverse needs of different profiles and backgrounds.
Proactive and results-oriented, with a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment that demands flexibility and innovation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Fluent in English.
Experience working in fashion/retail experience is an advantage.
