The Role




We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development Manager to drive our Learning & Development initiatives, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and enhance the skills of our team. You will be responsible for shaping and delivering luxury learning programs that empower our team to reach their full potential and uphold our prestigious standards.


About You




Understanding of Forbes luxury hotel standards. Proven experience in Learning & Development within luxury hospitality. Exceptional communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. Passion for inspiring and motivating teams to excel. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Ability to create tailored learning programs that align with brand standards.

Key Responsibilities



Design, implement, and oversee innovative training programs tailored to hospitality excellence. Deliver engaging workshops and coaching sessions to enhance our teams skills. Support career development initiatives and succession planning. Collaborate with department heads to ensure consistent learning across all teams. Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously refine learning strategies. Champion the hotel's service culture, embedding luxury and Forbes service standards into all learning interventions that elevate team performance and guest satisfaction.
