As the L&D Manager for the South of England, you will drive the learning and capability agenda across multiple Restaurant locations. You will design, deliver, and evaluate learning interventions to support employee development, leadership growth, and operational excellence. A key part of your role will involve working closely with store leadership teams to identify training needs, ensure consistent implementation of learning programmes, and embed a culture of continuous improvement.
This role requires
frequent travel
across the South region, with
regular store visits (typically 3-4 days per week)
to provide on-the-ground support, coaching, and facilitation. You'll need to be flexible, self-organised, and confident working independently while staying aligned with national L&D strategies. Expect to build strong local relationships, influence at all levels, and ensure learning initiatives translate into tangible business outcomes.
