?Hours:

35 hours per week



Shift pattern: flexible to business needs



Salary: up to 32,000 pa dependent on experience



Location: Remote but travel to office will be required



This role is a UK-based role, and any remote work must also be within the UK.



Start Date: August/September 2025

What We're Looking For




We're seeking a proactive and experienced professional with a passion for learning and development to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in training delivery and resource management, with the ability to engage both remote and in-office teams.

?Essential Requirements



Proven experience in management and resource allocation. Background in Learning & Development or training roles, including designing and delivering training programmes. Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and managing training compliance. Confident delivering training to both remote and on-site employees. Strong communication and facilitation skills. Analytical and customer-centric mindset. Highly organised with excellent attention to detail. Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. A good general standard of secondary education.

Desirable Attributes



Experience delivering compliance-related training or working in a regulated environment. Familiarity with platforms such as Cezanne, One Appello, and HIVE. Coaching and mentoring experience. CIPD Level 5 in Learning & Development or equivalent qualification. Knowledge of instructional design, digital learning tools, and project management. Experience in consumer or B2B environments, with the ability to instill product/service knowledge in others.






THE ROLE




As an L&D Partner you will play a pivotal role in shaping the learning culture across the organisation. This role is central to the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of learning initiatives that empower our people and drive performance.


As a key member of the L&D team, you'll ensure all training aligns with company policies, regulatory requirements, and operational standards. You'll support the full training lifecycle--from onboarding through to leadership development--while championing a culture of continuous learning, inclusion, and innovation.

through training needs analysis and build clear, engaging learning pathways.

Lead onboarding, compliance, and soft skills training

to set teams up for success from day one.

Own our digital learning ecosystem

--from LMS content to cutting-edge tools that elevate the learner experience.

Partner with external providers

to bring in high-quality training that meets our standards.

Measure what matters

--track training effectiveness using data, feedback, and real-world outcomes.

Keep us compliant

with GDPR and internal policies while fostering a culture of integrity.

Champion wellbeing

by promoting a safe, healthy, and supportive work environment.

Drive change through learning

--support transformation initiatives with targeted interventions.

Embed DEI into everything we do

, ensuring inclusive learning experiences for all.

Harness AI and digital innovation

to personalise learning and boost engagement.

Collaborate across the business

to align learning with strategic priorities and performance goals.

Lead and inspire
