Are you are experienced Learning Support Assistant looking for a new role in Merton? An \'Outstanding\' primary school is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join their team from September 2023 working within their ASD base. This will be a full time position on a long-term basis at a daily rate of \xc2\xa385 to \xc2\xa390.

The role will entail working within their ASD base in a mixed KS2 class supporting students with Autism and related Speech, Language and Communication needs. You will be aiding students on a 1:1 basis within a small class of up to 8 students. You will be working with the Class Teacher to help students reintegrate into mainstream class teaching.

Located in Mitcham, Merton. The \'Outstanding\' primary school newly opened an ASD base in 2022 catering up to 15 students. It is home to 2 mixed classes in KS1 and KS2 and has a sensory room, therapy rooms and its own outdoor playground. The school is easily accessible by public transport with the closes station being a 10 minute walk.

• Hold previous experience working within SEN
• Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
• CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible
