Job Description

Are you ready to make a real difference in the lives of children and young people? We're gearing up for an exciting period of growth and are on the hunt for passionate Learning Support Assistants to join our team.

Ideally, you'll have some prior experience in a school or SEN environment, but don't worry if you're new to the field - we'll provide all the training you need if you're the right fit for the role. What's most important to us is your enthusiasm for working with young learners.

You'll need at least a grade 4 GCSE in Maths and English, or an equivalent qualification, to ensure you can confidently support students in their learning journey.

On a personal level, we're looking for someone who is self-motivated and has a genuine passion for safeguarding children and promoting equality.

Reliability and resilience are key qualities we value, along with a strong team spirit. If you have an excellent attendance record and love collaborating with others to achieve common goals, you'll fit right in with our team.

Ready to embark on this rewarding journey with us? Apply now and let's make a positive impact together!
