Learning Support assistant
Location: Spilsby
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: \xc2\xa370.00 - \xc2\xa390.00 per day
GSL Education are looking for enthusiastic candidates who are willing to work as Learning Support Assistant in our client school based in Spilsby. You will be working as an integral part of a team to provide support for children with special needs and ensure a secure learning environment for them.
To be a successful candidate you should:
- Have enhanced DBS (child workforce) registered on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one through GSL Education.
- Be able to implement agreed learning activities, adjusting resources in accordance with the student\'s needs.
- Work with the Class Teachers to establish an appropriate learning
- Help plan, organize and successfully carry out activities following a theme or within a structure..
- Familiarity with different conditions of special needs children and linked behavior.
- Show a strong dedication to safeguarding, prioritizing pupil well-being, and adhering strictly to all school policies
