This role is within BIMM University and is a hybrid position - the post holder will be within a commutable distance of one of the five UK BIMM University campuses and is expected to spend a reasonable amount of time on site. They may need to travel to other campuses in the UK from time.

About the Role

The Learning Technologist is responsible for supporting academic staff with the design and development of digital and hybrid learning, helping faculties navigate and implement technology both in the physical and online environment through developing engaging experiential and innovative learning, teaching and assessment activities.

The primary duties of the Learning Technologist are to maintain, develop and support digital learning resources and technologies, advise and share best practices and design and deliver training.

The Learning Technologist will be part of the Digital Learning Team. As a member of the Education Team in the Provost\'s Office, the Learning Technologist will support digital learning development activities across the University, working closely with academic staff and central professional services to ensure all requirements are met.
