Salary: 41,833 - 50,359 per annum pro rata (Candidate holding TQFE will commence at 48,227 per annum pro rata)
As Lecturer Marine Engineering, within the Faculty of Nautical and STEM, you will lead on the delivery of programmes that combine face to face and blended delivery of vocational teaching and learning.
Candidates must be passionate about supporting and motivating our students. You must be able to communicate effectively and work well as part of a team. Experience of teaching any STEM subject is desirable but not essential.
The Successful Candidate would be asked to teach and support students in a wide range of subjects including Mathematics, Physics, Engineering Science, and Marine Engineering subjects; in addition to assisting with the development of student's transferable skills through a structured training programme.
You must be self-motivated and reliant and have a desire to teach with excellent MS Office skills. You should possess effective interpersonal skills and be able to communicate learning to individuals with a variety of learning styles.
