We are a Law Firm seeking a dedicated IT Support Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our IT Director, Senior management Team and Employees ensuring the smooth operation of our IT and Case Management systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-line technical support to employees, resolving hardware and software issues promptly.
Install, configure, and maintain software applications and solutions- predominantly dealing with our case management system.
Manage user accounts and access permissions.
Monitor IT infrastructure and security systems.
Assist with the setup and support of company devices, such as laptops and mobile devices.
Document and track support requests, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.
Educate users on best practices for IT security and efficient use of technology.
Collaborate with the IT Director to implement and improve policies and procedures, technical solutions and our legal service delivery.
Stay updated with the latest technology trends and best practices.
Qualifications / Required skills:
Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.
Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks effectively.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with cloud services and Practice Management Systems.
Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices.
