We have a vacancy for a Receptionist based in our new Caernarfon office.
Both full and part time considered. Welsh speaking preferred but not essential.
Experience of working in a law firm will be an advantage.
Potential for training to advance to a legal secretary.
Key Responsibilities as a Receptionist will include:
Handling busy phone lines and diverting calls to the correct fee earners.
Provide some basic secretarial support.
Managing diaries, arranging meetings, preparing and filing documents.
Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Act as a point of contact for clients, responding to enquiries and taking messages and recording accurately as necessary.
Opening and closing of files.
To be successful as a Receptionist you will need to demonstrate:
Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
The ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
Computer literate, able to use Microsoft Office and able to be trained on our case management system.
The ability to work to tight deadlines, with a proactive and flexible approach.
Proactive and motivated individual who is passionate about being part of a team and providing a high level of customer service
Wage dependant on age and experience
