Join Close Brothers Property Finance Team as our Lending Manager where you will actively seek and promote new business propositions in accordance with agreed origination targets and all relevant Lending Policies and Criteria.
Our ideal team member will have previous experience in managing your loan portfolio, dealing with clients and maintaining professional relationships. You will also support the career development of your lending team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive high-quality new business growth
by identifying and pursuing well-researched opportunities that align with lending policies and credit risk appetites.
Achieve ambitious targets
by delivering on annual goals for new business, income generation and cost efficiency across the division.
Lead with excellence in client management
, ensuring exceptional service standards while actively overseeing a diverse portfolio of customers.
Own the full lending lifecycle
from initial enquiry through due diligence, credit assessment, account management and final redemption.
Champion credit quality and governance
by preparing and reviewing credit applications, attending Credit Committees, and ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards.
Inspire collaboration and culture
, building strong internal and external networks, mentoring your team, and promoting a customer-first, risk-aware environment.
