Lettings Administrator
to join our dynamic and busy estate agency. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a market-leading, independent company that values its team and strives to provide an outstanding service to both landlords and tenants.
About the Role:
As a Lettings Administrator, you will often be the first point of contact for our clients. We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, professional, and eager to play a key role in the continued success of our agency.
This is a varied and fast-paced role, ideal for someone who thrives under pressure and enjoys working in a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage all tenancy documentation and ensure legal compliance
Liaise with tenants, landlords, and third parties to progress lettings and resolve queries
Coordinate and oversee property maintenance, including logging, tracking, and resolving maintenance issues promptly
Work closely with contractors and suppliers to arrange repairs and ensure completion to a high standard
Register applicants and arrange property viewings
Match applicants to suitable properties and encourage second viewings
Provide feedback to landlords and maintain accurate records on our system
Undertake property viewings when required to support the team
About You:
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
Minimum 2 years' experience in residential lettings
Previous administrative experience within an estate agency
Strong local knowledge is an advantage
Confident, articulate, and passionate about delivering great customer service
Organised, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proficient with estate agency software systems
Full UK driving licence is essential
