Comer Homes Group are currently looking at expanding their Lettings Team. We are looking for a Lettings property administrator.

Lettings Administrator
- You'll lead tenancy
renewal negotiations
, handle utilities and ensure all administration is delivered to the highest standards.
Job Role
Must have one years experience in Lettings Management
Manage tenancy progression from offer agreed to move-in using
Goodlord
Oversee referencing and manage e-signatures
Register deposits and issue documents
Manage utility accounts and any arising bills
Negotiate tenancy renewals and complete all associated administrative tasks
Dealing with clients for lettings in a friendly and efficient manner.
Typing and organising reports & statistics.
Creating lettings files & progressing the relevant tenancy paperwork.
Providing general support for the lettings department.
Rent Recovery and Court Proceeding Experience.
Prior experience within a Lettings environment within the London Property Industry
Experience in affordable Housing Sector.
Understanding of Compliance.
Excellent communication skills: verbal and written.
Strong IT skills.
Strong attention to detail.
A professional and personable disposition.
The ability to provide excellent customer services to clients and colleagues alike.
An understanding of the Central London market would be beneficial.
A full clean UK Drivers Licence.

What We're Looking For
1 years + experience in a Property Related / Administrative role and ARLA qualified preferable but not essential.
The successful candidate will be flexible, confident, self-motivated, organised and pro-active with good computing skills and excellent administration skills.
This role requires an individual with the ability to communicate and deal with others at all levels in a polite, professional, friendly and helpful manner, both face to face and on the telephone.
A proven background in Property and/or Administration and a keen interest in property is also important.
