Our client are seeking a highly organized and proactive Lettings Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the lettings process, ensuring smooth operations, and delivering exceptional service to landlords, tenants, and colleagues.Key Responsibilities:Manage and maintain accurate property, landlord, and tenant records in the database.Coordinate tenancy agreements, renewals, and terminations, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.Liaise with landlords, tenants, and contractors to address queries and resolve issues promptly.Assist in the referencing, credit checks, and right-to-rent checks for prospective tenants.Prepare and distribute tenancy agreements, invoices, and other relevant documentation.Organize property viewings and manage appointment schedules.Handle incoming calls, emails, and in-person inquiries professionally and efficiently.Ensure all properties are marketed effectively, including updating online listings and arranging photography.Monitor and manage tenancy deposits, including returns and disputes.Provide general administrative support to the lettings team as required.Requirements:Previous experience in lettings administration or a similar role is preferred.Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.Knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance is advantageous.A proactive and customer-focused approach.Full UK driving license (if applicable).For more information please contact Georgia Moore at AMRDownload OurCompany BrochurePlease enter your name and email to access our company eBrochure.Please view our for more information on how we use your dataHelpful LinksContact UsFor more information about advertising your positions with us, complete the short form below.|xc2xa92025 AMRWe use cookies on our website to give you the most relevant experience by remembering your preferences and repeat visits.
