We are seeking a

Lettings Administrator

to join our team.

Founded in 2016, we are professional agency operating in the private rental sector in Nottinghamshire, managing circa 700 properties.

This role is working in our property management department to undertake the following duties:

Working across various computer systems and on telephone. Handling compliance, safety certificates and licenses for our managed properties. Scheduling / booking routine property inspection visits. Processing tenancy notices. Involvement with repairs and maintenance processing. Audit checks. Supporting our Property Managers.
The candidate must have:

Strong administration and organisational capabilities, which can be demonstrated through your previous positions. Strong computer competency (Microsoft word, excel, outlook emails, Chrome, etc). Excellent customer service and communication skills. Can multi task Can react to important incoming tasks / work prioritising. Work well under pressure and to deadlines / targets. Ability to work both alone and in a team. Willingness to 'go the extra mile' Great people skills with clients and colleagues
Role location:

Hybrid or fully office based, dependent upon applicants desires. Hybrid would require 1/2+ days office presence (after probation period completed). Our office location is East Circus Street, Nottingham, NG1 5AF. Minimum 30, maximum 40 hours per week, over Monday to Friday. 30 could work around school hours for example, or we could offer further hours, dependent upon applicants desires.

Previous experience in administration or secretarial or office position essential

. Letting or estate agency sector preferred but not essential.
