We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Lettings Administrator to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our property management activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, customer service, and maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks related to property management.
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of tenant/landlord information and property details.
Handle all phone calls with professionalism.
Coordinate with maintenance staff and vendors to ensure timely responses to tenant requests.
Prepare reports and documentation as required for property management activities.
Support the leasing team by scheduling viewings and managing tenant applications.
Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Focus or similar property management software is desirable, but training will be given.
Strong administrative skills with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work effectively in an office environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Previous experience in property management or a related field is an advantage but not essential.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service.
