The Role
As a Lettings Negotiator at Philip Bannister & Co, you will play a key role in our lettings process, ensuring a smooth journey for our clients from initial enquiry to key handover, whilst managing our existing portfolio. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong background in lettings to develop their career within a supportive and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
Handling enquiries from prospective landlords and tenants, providing expert advice and guidance.
All aspects of property management, including dealing with repairs and arranging inspections.
Managing the lettings process from offer through to move-in, liaising with landlords, tenants, and referencing providers.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Keeping up to date with the local rental market, legislation, and industry regulations.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Proven experience as a Lettings Negotiator within the property industry.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
A proactive, results-driven approach with excellent attention to detail.
The ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple properties.
A good understanding of the lettings process and relevant legislation.
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
Proficiency in IT systems, including property CRM software and Microsoft Office.
