Summary

We are seeking a Lettings Advisor to join our dynamic team at Newton Fallowell Ltd in the UK. In this pivotal role, you will contribute to our mission by assisting landlords and tenants with their letting needs, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved.

Responsibilities

Assist landlords and tenants throughout the letting process Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to prospective tenants Manage administrative tasks related to tenancy agreements and documentation Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local rental market Communicate effectively with clients to address inquiries and concerns Collaborate with team members to achieve branch targets Support franchisees in delivering exceptional service standards Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company policies. Proven administrative experience in a customer-facing role Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Multilingual abilities are a plus but not essential. Knowledge of the real estate market is advantageous

Pay: From 23,500.00 per year
