We are a small but growing Letting Agency covering Glasgow and the surrounding areas, passionate about providing excellent service to landlords and tenants alike. As our business expands, we're looking for someone to join our close-knit team and play a key role in supporting our growth.

About the Role:


This is a flexible position that can be shaped around the right candidate's experience and skills. We're ideally looking for someone with experience in

Property Management

,

Lettings

, or a background in

Business Development / Marketing

.

Initially, this will be a

part-time position

, with the opportunity to increase hours as the business grows. We're open to discussing flexible working patterns that fit around other commitments.

Key Responsibilities (depending on experience):



Assisting with day-to-day

lettings and property management

tasks, including tenant communication, property viewings, and maintenance coordination

Preparing tenancy documentation and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations

Supporting marketing and business development efforts to attract new landlords and tenants

Creating and scheduling

social media posts

, writing engaging content, and helping to grow our online presence

Assisting with the design and distribution of

marketing materials

(online and print)

Managing website content and helping to promote available properties

General administrative support, including database management and correspondence

Helping to streamline systems and processes as the business expands

What We're Looking For:



Strong organisational and communication skills

A proactive, adaptable attitude and willingness to take initiative

Previous experience in

lettings, property management, marketing, business development, or administration



Confidence using IT systems and social media platforms

Experience using SME Management Software would be advantageous

A creative eye for marketing and attention to detail

A team player who enjoys working in a small, dynamic environment
