to help run our busy lettings office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in property management, lettings, or estate agency who is ready to step up into a management role.
Full training and support will be provided, but you must have a solid understanding of lettings, strong people skills, and the confidence to manage day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full lettings process, including marketing, viewings, negotiations, move-ins, renewals, and compliance.
Look after a portfolio of landlords and tenants, providing clear communication and regular updates.
Support the smooth day-to-day running of the office and ensure standards are consistently high.
Carry out inspections, check-ins, check-outs, and ensure properties meet all regulatory requirements.
Prepare and issue tenancy agreements and ensure all documentation is completed correctly.
Handle escalated queries professionally and provide excellent customer service.
Liaise with contractors to arrange repairs and maintenance efficiently.
Keep accurate records using our property management systems.
Support the growth of the branch through great service and proactive communication.
Experience & Skills Required
Experience in

Confident communicator who can build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
