LETTINGS INVENTORY CLERK, LINCOLN

Our clients are a highly reputable independent Estate Agency based in Lincoln city centre. They are currently looking for a Lettings Inventory clerk to join their busy Management team.

The role:

\xc2\xb7Liaising with tenants and landlords
\xc2\xb7Carrying out property inspections/inventories/check ins and check outs
\xc2\xb7Assessing and reporting back to the management team any defects or damage
\xc2\xb7Dealing with property management issues
\xc2\xb7Assisting with the Property Managers
\xc2\xb7Dealing with property lettings enquiries
\xc2\xb7General administration

Skills & experience required:

\xc2\xb7Some experience in Property Management/Inventory check ins/outs
\xc2\xb7Keen eye for detail when carrying out inspections
\xc2\xb7Ability to work on own effectively
\xc2\xb7Willingness to work as a team and assist other team members when needed
\xc2\xb7Excellent written and communication skills
\xc2\xb7Ability to multi-task
\xc2\xb7Full uk driving licence, must drive
