We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lettings Manager to oversee our Lettings Office in Farnham. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Lettings Office, ensuring high levels of customer service, and maximising rental income for our portfolio of properties. This role requires strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members alike.
Duties
To achieve performance targets and maintain high standards of service.
Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to prospective tenants.
Negotiate tenancy agreements and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
Maintain accurate records of all transactions and tenant information.
Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations within the organisation.
Stay updated on market trends and local property regulations to advise clients effectively.
