Summary

We are seeking a Lettings Manager to join our team at Anned Ltd. This role is pivotal in overseeing the lettings process, ensuring efficient management of properties, and maintaining strong relationships with tenants and landlords. You will be expected to have good previous experience of delivering a good service and helping to drive sales of our service. We are also looking for previous experience of a business management role.

Responsibilities

Manage the entire lettings process from property listing to tenant move-in. Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to prospective tenants. Maintain strong communication with landlords regarding property status and tenant feedback. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in lettings. Develop marketing strategies to attract potential tenants and maximize occupancy rates. Oversee administrative tasks related to tenancy agreements, renewals, and deposits. Oversee business operations alongside the directors and shareholders

Requirements

Proven experience in property management or lettings is essential, along with business management experience. Strong administrative and organisational skills to manage multiple properties efficiently. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients. Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse tenants.
