The Role:
As a Lettings Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the lettings department within the branch, ensuring the smooth operation of all lettings processes. You will work closely with clients, landlords, and tenants to provide a seamless and professional service whilst driving
business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Lettings staff to achieve targets and deliver outstanding results
Oversee the lettings process from start to finish
Build and maintain strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
Implement strategies to attract new business and manage a growing portfolio
Stay up-to-date with market trends, regulations, and local knowledge
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in a Senior Lettings role with a proven ability to
manage
and
grow
a team, and experience in
valuing
Strong
leadership
and
communication
skills, with a customer-focused approach
Full UK Driving Licence and own car
