are looking for a

Lettings Negotiator

to join on a full time, permanent basis.

Industry experience preferred but not essential as training will be provided. Ideally you will be able to evidence previous sales &/or customer service experience and the ability to work in a fast paced, customer focussed environment.

As a Negotiator working at Reeds Rains you will receive:

Pay in the region of 24,000 - 26,500 per annum Uncapped earning opportunities Day off in lieu of any Saturday worked Professional training Defined career path / progression opportunities
In the role of a Negotiator, you will:

Register Customers and carry out property matches Generate and conduct property viewings Negotiate offers between all parties Maximise branch income with the cross sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance) Always display excellent customer service

A full UK driving licence is essential.
