Senior Lettings Negotiator

to join our

high-performing team

We want

experienced and motivated negotiators

who can provide an outstanding customer experience across phone, web, and in-person interactions. You'll need

at least two years' experience

in the industry, ideally working with a professional agency in

Zones 1-3

.

What We Offer:

Your Role:

Mentor and support

junior negotiators, helping them develop their skills

Hit and exceed

monthly sales targets

Manage inbound enquiries

via phone, email, and in person

Conduct property viewings

, showcasing properties to potential tenants

Maintain strong relationships

with landlords and tenants

Coordinate with marketing

to order professional photos, floorplans, and EPCs

Generate new business

by canvassing local properties

Assist the lettings manager

in expanding market share

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience

in estate agency (minimum

3 years

)

Excellent communication skills

- written and verbal

A natural problem solver

with a customer-first approach

Strong organisational skills

with great attention to detail

Motivated, ambitious, and target-driven

A team player

with a positive, can-do attitude

Working Hours:

Monday - Thursday:

9:00 AM - 6:30 PM

Friday:

9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Saturday:

9:00 AM - 4:00 PM (

1 weekday off in lieu

)
