Established in a similar role within the property industry. Experience in sale, customer service or a client-facing role required.

Clean UK driving licence required along ideally with your own car

Skills:



Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure. Proficiency in using property management software and CRM systems. Knowledge of local property markets and relevant legislation.

Professional and approachable demeanor. Highly motivated with a strong work ethic. Ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of clients. Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.

Property Marketing-

arranging high-quality photo's/video's and accurate property descriptions. Creating property marketing material for our social media accounts.

Reaching out to our tenants and landlords

- at the core of our brand is communication with our clients - in person, on the phone, by email, WhatsApp, text and using social media.

Handling client queries efficiently

- dealing with enquiries from tenants and landlords to make sure their needs are met accurately and in a timely fashion, ability to go that extra mile.

Handling enquiries efficiently

- dealing with enquiries from prospective tenants, to make sure their needs are met quickly and viewings are booked accurately and in a timely fashion.

Tenant Application & Contract Signing Stage

- ensuring our prospective tenants are given a smooth ride during the signing stage, by listening to their needs and responding effectively.

Carrying out Property Viewings

- qualifying potential tenants, establishing their needs, and viewing relevant properties with them, either by physical viewings, or by virtual online viewings. Becoming their 'personal shopper' and finding their perfect property.

Compliance and Legislation-

ensuring all properties meet legal requirements. Staying updated on the latest property legislation and regulations to provide accurate advice to our clients.

Office Administration -

Working in a diarised manner, delegating tasks and following up on these to ensure consistency and quality of delivery.

Operational Tasks -

Regular communication with the Company Directors, to ensure our systems/structures are robust.
