The Role

Your Responsibilities as a Lettings Negotiator:

As a Lettings Negotiator, you will register and qualify applicants to the highest standards, matching them with their ideal rental properties, while coordinating and conducting property viewings, showcasing our impressive portfolio of premium properties.


You will be managing the full offer process, from initiating negotiations to key handover, ultimately delivering unparalleled customer service that exceeds the expectations of our valued clients.

Your Skills and Experience:

While previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator in residential Estate Agency would be beneficial, we will also consider candidates who possess drive, determination, and a proactive approach. You have exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in both Mandarin and English to effectively communicate with and provide an excellent service to our Mandarin-speaking clients. You hold a valid driving licence (desirable*).
You excel at building and maintaining relationships, enabling you to connect with clients at all levels. You possess self-motivation and exceptional organisation skills, allowing you to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
