Are you looking to join a reputable, leading, award winning estate agency? That was a mouthful right?!
We are seeking an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join our clients growing team in Mansfield.
As a key player in their lettings team, you will be responsible for facilitating property viewings, and ensuring a seamless experience for both landlords and tenants throughout the process. Whilst managing a portfolio of properties, including handling maintenance issues, inspections, and tenant queries.
What do you need:
Ideally 1 years experience as a Lettings Negotiator ARLA qualification desirable High level of customer service Good telephone manner and a positive attitude Able to commute to Mansfield or surrounding areas Valid UK drivers licence
What to expect
:Earn up to 40k OTE Monday - Friday and 1 in 3 Saturday's Car required (mileage paid) Career development and training
