```Duties:
- Act as a point of contact for clients interested in buying or renting properties
- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to potential buyers or tenants
- Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring their needs and preferences are met
- Assist in the preparation of rental contracts and other necessary documentation
- Collaborate with property owners, landlords, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, property values, and legal regulations
- Utilize marketing strategies to attract potential clients and promote available properties
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as handling paperwork and maintaining records
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Multilingual skills are highly desirable to cater to diverse client needs
