We are a successful national estate agency based in Northampton covering the town and a wide village market across the county. Our Lettings department is going through a transitional and growth phase for which we would wish to have an enthusiastic individual to join us on this exciting journey.

Office hours:
Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm (to include working Saturdays on a Rota 9am - 1pm).
Key responsibilities to include but not limited to:
Provide general administration support to the Lettings manager
Answer telephone and respond to email enquiries
Manage and implement planned and reactive maintenance work by liaising with Landlords, contractors and tenants
Market properties and managing rental properties using REAPIT (training provided)
Preparing all tenancy related documents
Arrange viewings (liaise with tenants, landlords, applicants and viewing guides)
Accompany and carry out viewings / property inspections as required
Willingness to undertake professional training (unless ARLA qualified)
Experience
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, self-motivated, with the ability to work as part of a team and have strong administration and organisation skills. Previous experience within a lettings office is desired but not essential,a professional and friendly telephone manner is essential.
