We are seeking a motivated individual to help assist us with general administration tasks along with carrying out our routine property inspections, some viewing appointments and ongoing maintenance reporting.
Responsibilities
Conduct routine property inspections and compile a report to send to landlords.
Handle maintenance reporting between landlord, tenant and contractors.
Conduct some property viewing appointments when required.
Manage administrative tasks such as updating property databases, processing paperwork, and maintaining client records.
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors through effective communication and follow-up.
Collaborate with team members to achieve overall business performance and help team members where required.
This opportunity requires your own transport (business mileage allowance)
The vacancy can be full time (Monday to Friday) or part time (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday)
Qualifications
Previous administrative experience is preferred, showcasing your ability to manage tasks efficiently.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for interacting with clients effectively.
Strong organisational skills.
A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: 22,500.00-24,500.00 per year
Expected hours: 30 - 37.5 per week
