Sales and Lettings Negotiator

Overview:

Join our team as a Sales and Lettings Negotiator. We are seeking a motivated individual to join our North Hykeham team to facilitate property transactions, build client relationships, and drive sales and rentals whilst achieveing personal targets.

Duties:

- Conduct property viewings for potential buyers and tenants

- Negotiate sales and rental agreements on behalf of clients

- Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the sales process

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Lettings and Estate Agency Legislation

- Collaborate with property owners, buyers, and tenants to ensure smooth transactions

- Mark up and Measures for the marketing of properties

- Supervision of an effective applicant database, ensuring regular contact is made with all prospective applicants

- Achieve pre-agreed targets

Skills:

- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail

- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues

- Organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently

25,248.00 annual salary

Commission earnings not capped

Projected on target commission 500 pcm (6k per year )

Pool car included - use to drive to work (park at home address)
