The Role
Under the guidance of the Director and Assistant Lettings Manager and alongside our trainee Lettings Consultant, you will become invaluable in ensuring the smooth running of the department, you'll bring a friendly, helpful, honest, and efficient approach to understanding prospective tenants' requirements, matching them with properties, conducting viewings and creating new tenancies.
It's a busy, dynamic role that will also see you go beyond ensuring that every customer interaction is a positive experience, to looking ahead to see how the branch can operate even more efficiently.

Who are we looking for...
We require a minimum of one year's experience within the residential lettings industry and we believe the key to success is having excellent communication skills (in person, telephone, and email), a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
In return for your hard work, you will receive a competitive basic salary for a starting role within the industry with a very realistic OTE of between 28,000pa and 32,000pa depending on experience.

Have a full UK Valid Driving Licence and your own car.

Working Hours
5 day working week on a three-rota pattern of:
Week 1: Monday to Friday - 9:00am to 6pm
Week 2: Monday to Saturday 9:00am to 6pm (5pm finish on Saturday with a midweek day off in lieu)
Week 3: Monday to Saturday 9:00am to 6pm (5pm finish on Saturday with a midweek day off in lieu)
