Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Level 3 Practitioner to join our team. This role is essential in providing high-quality care and education to children in a nurturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and manage a team effectively. You will play a crucial role in supporting children's development and ensuring their safety and wellbeing.

Duties

Deliver high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years, following the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. Support the nursery team, fostering an environment of collaboration and professional growth. Plan and implement engaging activities that promote children's learning and development across all areas of the EYFS. Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development, ensuring effective communication with parents and guardians. Ensure the nursery environment is safe, clean, and stimulating for all children. Work closely with management to uphold policies, procedures, and best practices within the nursery setting.

Skills

Strong background in early childhood education with relevant qualifications (Level 3 or equivalent). Experience working with children in various capacities, including childcare or nursery settings. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English.

Pay: 12.21-13.00 per hour
