We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Library Supervisor to join our team at Northallerton Library. As a Library Supervisor, you will lead and manage a team of staff and volunteers to ensure the delivery of high-quality library and information services.

What we are looking for:

You will support and deliver activities and events, drive forward income generation, and provide excellent customer service both face to face and digitally. You should be able to develop innovative ideas to improve performance and show the commitment and leadership to drive ideas through to their successful conclusion. You will be passionate about reading, have excellent communication skills, and the ability to work with a range of partners including volunteers. You will also have Literacy and Numeracy equivalent to Level 2, alongside the use of relevant IT applications.

The post is for 22hpw, some flexibility may be required to work different days or locations across the North area depending on service need.
