We are looking for a talented & passionate junior sous chef or senior cdp to join our kitchen team.
The candidates should:
- have experience in a busy kitchen
- have a passion for seasonal food and produce
- possess a positive attitude and good communication skills
- have very good knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food preparation
Responsability:
Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to the restaurant's standards.
Ensure proper food safety and sanitation practices are followed in the kitchen.
Collaborate with team members to streamline meal preparation and service.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including kitchen equipment and utensils.
Assist in training junior kitchen staff and provide guidance as needed.
Communicate effectively with front-of-house staff to ensure timely service.
