As a Line Cook at Skycafe, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality dishes to our customers. You will work alongside our kitchen team to prepare and cook a variety of menu items according to Skycafe's standards. Your attention to detail, ability to work in a fast paced environment and keep an organised work station will provide our customers a great experience.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards. Ensure food quality and presentation meet Skycafe's expectations. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain a clean and organised workstation. Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service. Assist with inventory management and stocking as needed.

Skills/Qualifications:

No formal qualifications required. Experience as a Line Cook or similar role is preferred but full training will be given. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends. A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
