Assist the head chef in food preparation and cooking tasks according to the menu and recipe specifications. Responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen, such as sauces, vegetables, or desserts. Ensure the quality and presentation of dishes meet the standards set by the head chef. Supervise and train junior kitchen staff members, ensuring adherence to food safety and hygiene protocols. Maintain inventory levels of ingredients for their section and communicate any shortages to the head chef. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service. Execute tasks efficiently during busy periods while maintaining attention to detail and cleanliness. Assist in menu planning and contribute ideas for new dishes or improvements to existing ones. SKILLS:

Must have at least 3 years' prior managerial experience gained in good quality outlets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 31,000.00-38,700.00 per year
