We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Live-in Carer to join our team in providing high-quality, compassionate care to clients in the Weston-super-Mare area. This role involves supporting individuals with daily living activities, promoting independence, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing personal care, including assistance with mobility, hygiene, and meal preparation. Administering medication and monitoring health conditions as required. Assisting with household tasks and companionship to enhance quality of life. Using manual handling techniques and ceiling hoists safely and effectively. Maintaining accurate records and communicating with healthcare professionals.
Essential Requirements:

Proven history and experience in care roles within the UK. Awareness and training in manual handling and ceiling hoist usage. Full UK driver's licence and access to a vehicle with business insurance. Strong communication skills, empathy, and a commitment to person-centred care. Eligibility to work in the UK (DBS check required).
