Responsibilities
Ensure efficient food production and service delivery
Ensure food preparation, cooking, and presentation to meet established quality standards
Manage food safety protocols in compliance with health regulations and company policies
Monitor inventory levels and control waste to optimise operational efficiency
Work with kitchen team members to foster a cohesive and motivated work environment
Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area at all times
Experience
Proven experience within a professional kitchen environment
Extensive background in food production, preparation, and cooking techniques
Strong knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
Previous experience working in hospitality or restaurant settings is highly desirable
Familiarity with menu development, food presentation, and culinary innovation
Excellent communication skills with a focus on teamwork and guest satisfaction
